Need help taking your measurements? Follow these steps:
What you will need:
A measuring tape (household measuring tape is ok)
Ensure you don't have many layers of clothing on. Best if done with just your undergarments on.
You will be taking three measurements: your bust, waist, and hip.
1. Bust: Measure all the way around the fullest part of your bust.
2. Waist: Measure around the narrowest point width-wise, usually just above the navel. Where your waist naturally curves inward.
3. Hip: Measure around the widest part of the hipbones.
Hand-wash cold. Air dry. We recommend spot cleaning as needed by using a gentle, low-chemical liquid laundry soap. If ever in doubt, dry clean!
Standard Shipping: Free standard shipping on orders over $150. Overnight and 2-day shipping options are also available. Items typically ship within 1 business day if placed after 12pm PST. Ships the same day if placed before 12pm PST.
Easy Returns: Need to return an item? Email us and we will send you a prepaid shipping label with instructions on how to return.
Return Policy: We have a 14 day return policy (from the day you receive the item) for a refund if the item is received with tags attached and in its original condition. We will not accept any worn, damaged, altered, or used merchandise. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns. This fee is waived if you prefer to exchange your item for a store credit.

You can create most of our gowns in a custom color that is not currently in stock for an additional fee. Click on the fabric link for the appropriate fabric of the dress to select the color you'd like your dress to be made in. Please note custom color options take up to 3 weeks to make before we will ship it to you!
