Return Policy


This Return Policy applies for online store purchases only. Please contact our store for more information about our in-store return policy. 

Exchange/ Store Credit: 

We're bummed things didn't work out for you, but here's the good news: you get 14 days to return your items starting from the day you receive your order.

Here's the fine print:  

    • The item must be unworn, and in original conditions with all the tags still attached and stored in its original packaging. 
    • The item must be returned to us within 14 days from the delivery date
    • A receipt and proof of purchase is available. 

Received an incorrect or faulty item? We're sorry to hear that, please contact us via email at with further details (and photo proof) of the issue within 3 days of receiving your order. 



    We treat every order with absolute care and pack them with precision and love to make sure they are in a good condition. However in the unlikely case of an item being delivered faulty or not as advertised, we will happily provide you with a full refund provided:

    •    You notify us within 14 days from delivery date providing a description of the fault in your items along with pictures as proof via email to 
    •    Your claim of the faults have been reviewed and approved by our staff 

     Please note: Once your refund has been approved by our staff and a notification sent to you, it may take up to 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, so please be patient. However if your refund has taken longer than this period, please contact us so we can investigate the cause of the delay.

    In the case that an item is faulty, we will be able to cover the return shipping cost. Simply email a photo of postage receipt to our staff for a reimbursement. 

    At this time we do not offer refunds for all other orders. Exchanges or store credit only. 


    A couple other things: 

      • Please do not ship merchandise back to our store for orders that fall outside of our return policy. We will not ship the order back to you if you choose to do this, and strictly will not offer any return of payment in these situations. Please contact us to resolve any issues you may have with your order. We will always do our best to ensure you are completely satisfied. 
      • Absolutely no returns accepted on items returned to us with makeup/tan marks. If this is the case, the package will be simply returned back to the customer and any shipping costs involved will not be covered by Nadia S Evening.
      • For hygiene reasons, pierced jewelry is non-refundable, as well as all lingerie and undergarment body shapers. 
      • Please note all return shipping costs need to be covered by the customer except in cases where the item is confirmed to be faulty by our team.
      • All discounted items, or items marked as final sale are not eligible for a return or an exchange
