Exchange or Store Credit
To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We have the right to refuse any items sent back that are not in the original condition that it was sent in. We offer store credit or exchange only within 14 days of receiving your order. We do not process refunds for returned items. No exceptions. All shipping for return/exchange is at the customer's cost. 

Store credit does not expire and can be also used at our IDINA Bride retail shop. 

Faulty Merchandise
We inspect every item prior to shipping, however sometimes items can be missed or damaged in transit. If you received faulty merchandise, please email hello@nadiasevening.com with images of the damage within 3 days of receiving your order. so that we may rectify the situation for you. 

How to request an exchange or store credit
To complete your exchange or store credit, please place your return on our online return page. If you have any questions regarding your exchange, please contact hello@nadiasevening.com with your order number in the subject line. 

When will I receive my store credit?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your store credit or exchange will be processed within 14 days of when we receive your order.

Final Sale items (if applicable)
