Need help taking your measurements? Follow these steps: 

What you will need: 

A measuring tape (household measuring tape is ok)

Ensure you don't have many layers of clothing on. Best if done with just your undergarments on. 

You will be taking three measurements: your bust, waist, and hip. 

1. Bust: Measure all the way around the fullest part of your bust. 

2. Waist: Measure around the narrowest point width-wise, usually just above the navel. Where your waist naturally curves inward. 

3. Hip: Measure around the widest part of the hipbones.

Hand-wash cold. Air dry. We recommend spot cleaning as needed by using a gentle, low-chemical liquid laundry soap. If ever in doubt, dry clean!

Standard Shipping:
Free standard shipping on orders over $150. Overnight and 2-day shipping options are also available. Items typically ship within 1 business day if placed after 12pm PST. Ships the same day if placed before 12pm PST.

Easy Returns:
Need to return an item? Email us and we will send you a prepaid shipping label with instructions on how to return.

Return Policy:
We have a 14 day return policy (from the day you receive the item) for a refund if the item is received with tags attached and in its original condition. We will not accept any worn, damaged, altered, or used merchandise. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns. This fee is waived if you prefer to exchange your item for a store credit.

We accept online returns in store if our policy is met. Please note our store return policy is different from our online store.
