This item is a preorder and will ship within 12 weeks of when your order was placed. Once your order is placed, cancellations cannot be made as we've already begun creating your garment.

Shipment delays do not qualify for refunds. Please do not email us for updates on your order if the estimated time for shipment has not yet elapsed. Please email hello@nadiasevening.com if your tracking number is not sent in the estimated time frame.

Standard Shipping:
Free standard shipping on domestic orders over $150. International orders have a flat $50 shipping fee. Overnight and 2-day shipping options are also available. Items typically ship within 1 business day if placed after 12pm PST. Ships the same day if placed before 12pm PST.

Exchange or Store Credit
We have a 14 day return policy (from the day you receive the item) for a store credit or exchange. We will not accept any worn, damaged, altered, or used merchandise. Please visit our return policy page for more information.

If no policy is stated, the item follows our standard return policy above.
