Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction means everything to us, and we want nothing more than for you to be happy with your purchase. We take great pride in the quality of our gowns and in making sure each customer receives a dress in beautiful condition.

Many of our dresses marked with a 7–15 day shipping timeline are made once your order is placed. This allows us to ensure each gown is made specifically for your order and arrives in absolute pristine condition.

If your dress is not the right size, we are happy to offer a no cost exchange for eligible items.

Please Note
We do NOT offer refunds. All eligible returns are processed as either size exchange or store credit.

Eligible Items
Only special occasion dresses are eligible.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • A non-bridal dress

Not Eligible
The following are not eligible for exchange or store credit:

  • Bridal gowns 
  • Final sale items 
  • Accessories
  • Handbags
  • Undergarments
  • Any item that is not a special occasion dress

Size Exchanges
If you need a different size, we offer size exchanges at no cost if the replacement size is available.

If your requested size is not available, store credit will be issued instead.

Store Credit Terms 

  • Is issued for eligible special occasion dresses
  • Does not expire
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash

Policy Guidelines
To be approved for a size exchange or store credit:

  • Your request must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • Your item must be shipped back within 14 calendar days of delivery
  • The dress must be in new condition
  • The dress must be unworn, unaltered, and unwashed
  • Original tags must be attached
  • The dress must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, hair, dust, stains, or other residue

Any item that does not meet these requirements may be rejected.

Request an Exchange or Store Credit
All approved requests must be submitted within the required time window above. Late requests or items shipped outside the allowed timeframe will not be accepted.

How to Initiate

  1. Log into order confirmation email or website account
  2. Select “Size Exchange” or “Store Credit”
  3. Prepaid label sent within 2 business days
  4. Ship item using provided carrier (remove old labels)

Once an exchange is completed, the item becomes FINAL SALE.

Defective Items / Shipping Errors
If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is not in proper condition, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please email operations@nadiasevening.com and include photos.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Customer pays return shipping and insurance 
  • Duties, taxes, and customs fees are the customer's responsibility
  • Refused or undeliverable packages → 75% forfeited, 25% store credit only

In-Store Purchases

  • Evening gowns → 7-day exchange/store credit (NO refunds)
  • Final sale (no returns): made-to-order, custom, accessories, undergarments, seamstress work
  • Bridal gowns  → ALL FINAL SALE
